<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recorder which can quickly stop operation of a recording head when oscillation is generated in the recording head. <P>SOLUTION: An inkjet printer includes an inkjet head 2 having a drive IC 31 for driving a piezoelectric actuator 13, a control device 5 for controlling the drive IC 31, and an oscillation detecting sensor 11 which is provided in the inkjet head 2 and detects oscillation generated in the inkjet head 2. The inkjet head 2 is also provided with a switching circuit 77 for interrupting the electric power supply from a power source to the drive IC 31 when oscillation of the inkjet head 2 is detected by the oscillation detecting sensor 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
