[Problem] To make it possible for ID information settings to be made with greater flexibility. [Solution] A power source device provided with: a plurality of function modules (10) which comprise a battery block (12) that includes a plurality of battery cells connected in series and/or in parallel, a communication interface (16) for communicating data with another function module (10) or a main controller (2), a memory unit (18) that can record data communicated by way of the communication interface (16), and a battery state detection unit (14) that can detect at least any of the current, voltage, or temperature of the battery block (12); and the main controller (2) which is connected to and controls the plurality of function modules (10). When the function modules (10) are connected to the main controller (2), the function modules (10) are provided with unique address information by the main controller (2), and the function modules (10) record in the memory unit (18) the unique address information provided by the main controller (2) and communicate data in accordance with the address information. |
