The storage seat has a rigid bearing block (8) that is connected to a chair column retainer (3). A rubber plate (7) is fixed to the contact surface (13) of chair retainer. An annular disc (12) is located on the bottom portion of bearing block hole (10). A collar (14) is arranged on the contact surface of chair retainer. Outer ring (15) is firmly clamped to the inner ring (17) of self-aligning bearing (16), for supporting annular disc. A supporting pin (18) is inserted into collar through the hole (19) of rubber plate, for fixing the annular disc to seat retainer (5).
