<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a magnification chromatic aberration in a state where the center of a screen is deviated from the center of generation of aberrations to be easily and highly accurately corrected without imposing a burden on a user. <P>SOLUTION: A center position deviation amount data table 250 created by imaging a chart image is prestored with a magnification chromatic aberration correction data table 240. The center position deviation amount data table 250 stores correction data corresponding to a combination of an aperture value, a zoom position and a focus position. A magnification chromatic aberration correction unit 210 calculates the coordinate of the aberration center in an image surface using center position deviation amount data stored in the center position deviation amount data table 250. Then, correction data is selected from the magnification chromatic aberration correction data table 240 according to an image height value calculated based on a radial distance from the coordinate of the aberration center to a processing target pixel, a magnification chromatic aberration correction amount is calculated, and correction is performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
