<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor having high durability even for long-term repeated use, suppressing decrease in image density or image degradation due to image blur, suppressing not only diurnal variation but job-to-job variation in the potential of an exposed part, and stably giving high-quality images. <P>SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor comprises a conductive support body and at least a photosensitive layer and a crosslinked surface layer on the support body.
