Coolant circuit for electrical treatment appts. Apparatus consists of an outer tubular electrode with inlet and outlet of opposite ends for fluid to be treated, and an inner tubular electrode, coaxil with the outer, having inlet and outlet for coolant, which flows cocurrently. A tubular dielectric covers the inner electrode and connectors are attached to each electrode.
