<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To predict data about a fan by using actual measurement values measured actually in fewer man-hours. <P>SOLUTION: The predictor 100 has an acquisition unit 121, and a prediction unit 122. In other words, the acquisition unit 121 of the predictor 100 acquires the actual measurement values 111 of data about a fan when the fan rotates at a predetermined rotational speed N [rpm].
