<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which: in a manufacturing process of a coil for such as generators and motors, electric wires of several pieces up to more than ten pieces are bundled and made into a coil bundle to be inserted into an insulating tube which is soft and woven in mesh; however due to an angular end surface of the coil bundle and different length of the wires, the coil bundle sticks into or damages the insulating tube, which results in the problem of deterioration in quality and efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention is an insertion tool in a special shape to be attached to the end surface of a coil bundle so that the coil bundle, which is made of several pieces up to more than ten pieces of wires bundled together, can be smoothly and easily inserted into an insulating tube which is soft, difficult to be handled, and furthermore woven in mesh. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
