LIQUID DISCHARGE HEAD AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deterioration of recording quality even if individual electrodes are shifted to an extending direction of extension parts or a direction opposite to the extending direction, in a configuration in which the extending directions of the extension parts of the plurality of individual electrodes on a piezoelectric layer are opposite to each other.

SOLUTION: Each of the individual electrodes 18 includes: a main part 18a disposed opposing to a pressure chamber in plane view; the extension part 18b1 extended from one acute angle part of the main part 18a to the X direction along a surface 17a1 of the piezoelectric layer; a dummy extension part 18b2 extended from the other acute angle part of the main part 18a to the Y direction (direction opposite to the X direction) along the surface 17a1; and a land 18c formed at a tip of the extension part 18b1. The individual electrodes 18 having the extension parts 18b1 of which the extending directions (X directions) are opposite to each other are alternately arranged on the surface 17a1.
