<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas blast circuit breaker which conducts inspection and replacement work of a gus shut off container which interrupts current of an arc contact and the like in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: A shut off container 19 is housed in a tank 13, and a fixing part 1a and a movable part 1b are housed so as to contact with or separate from the other part while facing each other in the shut off container 19. The shut off container 19 is provided so as to be inserted and removed relative to the axial direction of the tank 13. While conductors 15a and 15b are placed at predetermined positions in the tank 13, terminals 20a and 20b, which connect with the conductors 15a and 15b, are placed at predetermined positions in the exterior of the shut off container 19. The terminals 20a and 20b come in contact with or separate from the conductors 15a and 15b according to whether the shut off container 19 is inserted into or removed from the tank 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
