<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-vehicle use information-management system that facilitates updating personal use information used in various on-board equipment. <P>SOLUTION: A home-side control unit 11 sends the personal use information to a portable machine 6 via a home-side communication unit 13. A control unit 61 of the portable machine 6 stores the personal use information in a storage part 62 via a communication unit 63, and sends the stored personal use information to a vehicle-side information-management device 2 via the communication unit 63.
