<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a chlorosulfonated polyolefin excellent in productivity, storage stability and heat aging resistance without deteriorating bright color property. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the chlorosulfonated polyolefin includes chlorinating and chlorosulfonating a polyolefin with chlorine and sulfurous acid gas, chlorine and sulfuryl chloride, sulfurous acid gas and sulfuryl chloride, only sulfuryl chloride, or chlorine, sulfurous acid gas and sulfuryl chloride, using 1,1,2-trichloroethane as a solvent in the presence of a radical generator, and removing hydrogen chloride and/or sulfurous acid gas generated as a by-product during the reaction to the outside of the reaction system, wherein, in the removal step, an initial temperature is 95-115°C and a temperature upon termination of the step is 50-100°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
