<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that reduction in the number of external terminals of an LSI is required since the number of external terminals is in a tendency to increase in accordance with an increase in a function of an LSI, the microfabrication of a circuit is further advanced, and reduction in package size is also advanced. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor integrated circuit selects one from a plurality of external storage devices to load an execution program and includes: a fuse part equipped with a plurality of built-in fuse circuits; and a processing part by which the execution program from the external storage device selected in accordance with a value shown by the built-in fuse circuit is loaded. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
