<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decoration sheet for floor material of which the design color is not adversely effected, even in a backer sheet of which the surface color is fluctuated due to resin recycled material or the like, and to provide a floor material using the decoration sheet for floor material. <P>SOLUTION: The decoration sheet 10 for floor material has such a constitution that a printed sheet 3 made by forming a printed pattern layer 2 on a colored base material sheet 1 made of LLDPE and HDPE to which a hiding property is imparted by addition of colorant, is laminated onto an ionomer resin sheet 5 via an adhesive layer 4. Further, the colored base material sheet 1 has preferably such a three layer structure that each of surface side layer 1a and rear side layer 1b is a colorless transparent LLDPE layer and a middle colored layer 1c is made of LLDPE and HDPE and is a layer which has a hiding property containing colorant. The floor material 20 is produced by: inserting the decoration sheet for floor material between the backer sheet 6 which includes the resin recycled material and is colored and a top sheet 7; and performing thermal fusion and lamination.
