<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage device allowing a movement of a door between a closed position and an open position without requiring large space in front of a housing. <P>SOLUTION: A connection member 28 is attached to an inner surface of a side of a housing 2 having an opening on a front surface 2a. A housing side unit 30 is attached to a back surface 3a of a door 3 that opens/closes the opening of the housing 2. First, second and third links 41, 42 and 43 are provided between the connection member 28 and the housing side unit 30. The connection member 28, the housing side unit 30, and the first, the second and the third links 41, 42 and 43 constitute a parallel link mechanism.
