<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transimpedance amplifier for an optical reception circuit, capable of stabilizing the shift width of a cross point regardless of the fluctuation of a power supply voltage. <P>SOLUTION: A TIA 15 includes: an input section 20 which includes a load resistor 23, an input FET 22 and a cascode FET 21 connected in series with each other, and in which the gate terminal of the input FET 22 is connected to an input end 15a; a source follower section 30 which includes a source follower FET 31 and a current source FET 33 connected in series with each other, and in which the drain voltage of the cascode FET 21 is received in the gate terminal of the source follower FET 31 and the source terminal of the source follower FET 31 is connected to the input end 15a through a feedback resistor 34; and a bias generation section 40 which generates the gate bias of the current source FET 33. A current flowing through the current source FET 33 is variable on the basis of the size of the power supply voltage in a power supply potential line 18. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
