<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL illumination apparatus with high reliability that can maintain high luminance stably, and provide an electrode substrate that realizes such an organic EL illumination apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: An electrode substrate 1 comprises a transparent substrate 2, a heat release layer 3 located on one surface 2a of the transparent substrate 2, a transparent electrode 4 located on the other surface 2b of the transparent substrate 2, an auxiliary electrode 5 located on the transparent electrode 4, and an insulation layer 6 covering the auxiliary electrode. An organic EL light-emitting layer 32 and a cathode 33 are disposed so as to cover the transparent electrode 4 and the insulation layer 6 of the electrode substrate 1, and further a protective sealing member 34 is disposed covering the cathode 33, whereby an organic EL illumination apparatus 31 is provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
