<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner having an excellent charge rising property, a high charge amount, and excellent environmental stability. <P>SOLUTION: An electrostatic charge image developing toner contains a binder resin, a coloring agent, and a charge control agent.
