Method, system, and computer program product publish/subscribe messaging are provided. One aspect of the method comprises: initiating a subscription comprising designating a subscription queue to which published messages relating to the subscription are to be put; defining multiple content-based filtering expressions for the subscription, each of the filtering expressions being defined for a given utilisation of the subscription queue. Another aspect of the method comprises: receiving a published message relating to a subscription; checking the utilisation of a subscription queue designated in the subscription; determining a content-based filtering expression defined for the given utilisation of the subscription queue; and applying the content-based filtering expression. |
