<p>Paint is applied in an electrophoretic cascade dipping installation comprising at least one vat served by a conveyor carrying the workpieces, the vat has at least one cathode immersed in the electrophoretic bath with the cathode negative pole connected to a continuous or rectified current source and its positive pole is connected to each workpiece dipped into the bath. Esp. the vat is divided into a series of compartments sequentially served by the conveyor and each compartment has at least one cathode.</p> |
