<p>The present invention dynamically changes the CQI report format for communication terminals under the control of a local station. This base station (1) is compatible with OFDM systems, and is characterized by being provided with: a receiving unit (10) which receives channel quality information and QoS requests from communication terminals under the control of the local station; a scheduler (21) which performs scheduling for subbands and data to be transmitted to each communication terminal on the basis of the channel quality information and QoS requests; a determination unit (22) which determines the channel quality information format that satisfies the QoS requests for the communication terminals under the control of the local station on the basis of the channel quality information and QoS requests; and a transmission unit (30) which transmits change commands for the channel quality information format to the communication terminals under the control of the local station.</p> |
