<p>An electrical connector with a rotating function comprises an interface part (10) and a rotating mechanism (11). The interface part includes an insulating body (2) on which a plurality of conductive terminals (3) are mounted. The insulating body includes a mounting groove (20). The rotating mechanism includes a rotating pivot (82) mounted to the mounting groove and a blocking piece (50). The rotating pivot includes a front end portion (821), a rear end portion (83) and a fixing portion (822) which is located between the two portions and constricted comparing with the two portions. The mounting groove includes a fixing mounting groove (202) which corresponds to the fixing portion of the rotating pivot and holds the blocking piece. The rotating pivot is mounted into the mounting groove from top to down. The blocking piece includes an inserting cut (53) which is inserted around the outside surface of the fixing portion to fix the right, left and upper sides of the fixing portion, in order to prevent the rotating pivot from moving in the horizontal direction, the axial direction and the vertical direction, which enables the rotating pivot to be fixed firmly in the interface part.</p> |
