<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid supplying wasteful electric power to a motor with built-in driver when the motor with built-in driver does not substantially rotate, with no determination process for confirming stop of a motor nor a process such as an interruption action for shielding a relay born by a micro computer unit. <P>SOLUTION: A fan driver 91 which is incorporated in a fan motor unit 9 is supplied with power through a power supply line L1 to which K1 is provided. An analogue command vale V<SB POS="POST">sp</SB>, according to a rotational speed command V<SB POS="POST">spp</SB>, is outputted from a DA conversion circuit 8.
