摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power regeneration device which does not deteriorate a collection rate of regeneration power or can suppress deterioration, can suppress a temperature rise of an electric double layer capacitor and can prolong a life of the electric double layer capacitor even when a temperature is high. <P>SOLUTION: The power regeneration device includes: a power storage device 19 charging regeneration power and discharging stored power; a temperature detection means 25 detecting the temperature of the storage device 19; and a charge/discharge control means 27 changing an upper limit value of charged current of the power storage device 19 and an upper limit value of discharged current based on a detection temperature of the temperature detection means 25 and performing control such that an area formed by a track of the upper limit value of the discharged current and the detection temperature becomes equal to or smaller than an area formed by the track of the upper limit value of the charged current and the detection temperature. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
