<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflective film laminate with good productivity and low cost, which comprises a protective film with as few pin-holes as possible and consequently allows improvement of alkali resistance and warm water resistance of a reflective film laminate comprising a pure Al film or an Al-based alloy film to prevent the reflection coefficient from reduction caused by elution and oxidation of an Al film in an alkaline environment and a warm water environment. <P>SOLUTION: The reflective film laminate of the present invention is characterized in that the film has a pure Al film or an Al-based alloy film as a first layer on a substrate and an oxide film of a metal including one or more kind of elements selected from the group consisting of Zr, Cr, Y, Nb, Hf, Ta, W, Ti, Si, V, Ni, Fe and Mo as a second layer on the first layer, and in that the thickness of the second layer is 0.1 to 10 nm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
