<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily increase an irradiation range of radiation, and apply an optimum dose of radiation to a subject when an image of the subject is captured using a radiation source of field electron emission type at a short SID. <P>SOLUTION: In a radiographic image capturing system and a radiographic image capturing method, an optical image of the subject (14) is acquired by taking an image of the subject (14) with a camera (48) while the subject (14) is disposed between a radiation output device (20) housing at least two radiation sources (18a-18c) and a radiation detecting device (22). Doses of radiation (16a-16c) to be emitted from the at least two radiation sources (18a-18c) are weighted based on the optical image, the radiation (16a-16c) according to the weighting is applied from the at least two radiation sources (18a-18c) to the subject (14), and a radiographic image is thereby acquired. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
