OIL-RESISTANT PAPER AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING OIL-RESISTANT PAPER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide oil-resistant paper in which high oil resistance is developed by using a non-fluorine based material and a highly productive manufacturing method.

SOLUTION: There is provided oil-resistant paper in which an oil-resistant layer including at least one layer of an acrylic resin as a main component is provided on at least one surface of a paper support. The acrylic resin has a weight average molecular weight of 50,000 to 2,000,000 and an acid value of 50 to 200 mgKOH. There is provided a method for producing the oil-resistant paper including applying a coating liquid for the oil-resistant layer including the acrylic resin as a main component with a transfer roll coater.
