<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite electronic module which reduces the size and the height of the composite electronic module and prevents electronic components placed around a non-reciprocal circuit element from being moved by magnetic force of permanent magnets and being displaced. <P>SOLUTION: Since electronic components 5 are mounted on a substrate 2 being in contact with a non-reciprocal circuit element 3, the electronic components 5, which are placed in contact with the non-reciprocal circuit element 3, are unlikely to be moved by magnetic force of permanent magnets 3a and 3b and be displaced. Thus, the structure prevents the electronic components 5 from being moved by the magnetic force of the permanent magnets 3a and 3b and being displaced. As the electronic components 5 are unlikely to be moved by the magnetic force of the permanent magnets 3a and 3b and be displaced, it is not necessary to form a space for mounting a member which functions as an electromagnetic shield, such as a yoke, on the substrate 2.
