<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of sample preparation for a matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry, which uses a matrix capable of creating a favorable crystal in which ionization of a molecule to be measured is effectively carried out. <P>SOLUTION: A method of sample preparation for a matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry, comprises preparing solution of 2,5-dihydroxybenzoic acid of 40 mg/ml-saturated concentration as matrix solution, dispensing the matrix solution into an analysis object sample with using an inkjet mechanism, and crystallizing the 2,5-dihydroxybenzoic acid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
