<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide niobium powder, a niobium sintered body, its chemical conversion which can provide a capacitor with little leak current, and the capacitor using them. <P>SOLUTION: Niobium powder is used. In the niobium powder, average nitrogen concentration of a niobium powder particle is uneven from a particle surface in a depth direction, the average nitrogen concentration from the particle surface of the niobium powder particle to depth of 50-200 nm is 0.29-4 mass%, and the average nitrogen concentration from the particle surface to the depth of 50 nm is not greater than the average nitrogen concentration from the particle surface of the niobium powder to the depth of 50-200 nm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
