<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent any of in-tank apparatuses from being damaged by a flow of fuel in a fuel tank upon generation of a vehicle collision while restraining an increase in the weight thereof. <P>SOLUTION: A fuel tank 1, which stores fuel and is fitted with a leveling valve 10 to be projected inward from an upper wall, includes a valve maintenance plate 13 for covering the side face of the leveling valve 10. The valve maintenance plate 13 is disposed to block the front of a vehicle in such a direction that fuel surges most strongly to the leveling valve 10 upon a vehicle front collision. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
