<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a box with a display board which is easy to be assembled, also exhibits excellent advertising effects and is low in manufacturing cost, and a paperboard for assembling the box with a display board. <P>SOLUTION: The box with a display board includes a front face plate, a bottom face plate connected with the front face plate, a rear face plate connected with the bottom face plate and opposed to the front face plate, and a pair of side face plates connected with the front face plate and the rear face plate and opposed to each other. The front face plate has the display board, and the display board has an edge connected with the front face plate, and also is connected with the front face plate via a crease extending in a direction intersecting with the edge.
