<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily measure and display an electromagnetic wave generated from a sample specimen. <P>SOLUTION: The electromagnetic wave measurement system comprises: a sample specimen 15 of a booster converter having a switching element; an antenna section 11 including a plurality of antennas respectively arranged at different positions and at an equal distance from the sample specimen 15; a frequency adjustment section 161 for adjusting the reception frequency of the antenna according to the switching frequency of the switching element; a measurement section 162 for measuring values corresponding to the electromagnetic wave received by the antenna during operation of the sample specimen 15; and an analysis display section 163 to display a status of the electromagnetic wave which is generated around the sample specimen 15 on a display device 17 based on the measured values. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
