<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger, capable of improving water drainage of the heat exchanger in which heat exchange tubes having flat cross-sectional shape are horizontally arranged, and keeping heat exchanging performance even when functioned as an evaporator, and to provide a heat pump air conditioner for vehicle using the same. <P>SOLUTION: In this heat exchanger in which the plurality of heat exchange tubes 4 having the flat cross-sectional shape, are horizontally arranged in parallel with each other between a pair of headers or tanks, and corrugated fins are respectively disposed between the heat exchange tubes 4, through-holes 11 sealed at their circumference to allow condensate water to flow downward, are formed on flat faces of the heat exchange tubes 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
