The power-supply management device (101) detects a wait command in a control program, and, on the basis of the detected wait command, compares the operation time of each electrically powered part during the wait period in each control system that is subject to waiting according to said wait command. Then, after the control systems have terminated control, the power-supply management device (101) disconnects the supply of power to the electrically powered parts that belong to the control systems other than the control system in which the operation time of the electrically powered part during the wait period is the longest, and then resumes the supply of power when the control systems finish waiting.
