The element (2) has an adhesive agent sectionally applied as an adhesive agent ring (8) on a sealing surface (12) of a sealing body (6) for securing the sealing body in a target position at an assembly body. The adhesive agent ring is radially spaced from inner and outer edges (14, 16) that radially limit the sealing surface. The sealing body is formed as a static gasket with rectangular or square cross-section. A carrier film (4) is provided for releasable accommodation of the elements over the adhesive agent. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a sealing element dispenser.
