PURPOSE: A flame retardant thermoplastic resin composition is provided to obtain high impact resistance while having a low amount of MBS by applying an aromatic vinyl-vinyl cyanide to the blend of a polycarbonate resin and a (meta)acrylate-based resin and to have an excellent flame retardant property and scratch resistance. CONSTITUTION: A flame retardant thermoplastic resin composition includes 100.0 parts by weight of a base resin, 1-50 parts by weight of a flame retardant, and 1-30 parts by weight of MBS. The base resin is comprised of 35-90 weight% of a polycarbonate resin, 5-60 weight% of a (meta)acrylate resin, and 1-40 weight% of an aromatic vinyl-vinyl cyanide copolymer resin. The content of the MBS is 1-10 parts by weight.
