PURPOSE: A flash module is provided to reduce time for manufacturing and have excellent workability because a base with an LED chip and a reflector are attached by solder patterns. CONSTITUTION: A flash module comprises a base(10), a reflector(20), and solder patterns(11). An LED chip(12) is mounted on the top of the base and the reflector is arranged on the base. The reflector has an opening(21) for accommodating the LED chip. The solder patterns are arranged on the top of the base in order to attach the base and the reflector. The reflector is composed of a metal material. |
