PURPOSE: A grain roaster is provided to prevent grains for roasting from being carbonized or over-heated, and to maintain the optimum roasting state of the grains. CONSTITUTION: A grain roaster comprises the following: a stirring screw installed in the inside of a horizontal roasting tank(20) storing powder or particles of grains; a first electric heating member(23) heating the grain powder or the particle transported from the horizontal roasting tank; a second electric heating member installed in between a tip-end inlet(10) and a hopper of the horizontal roasting tank; and an extension cylinder(31) for per-heating the grain powder or the particle. |
