PURPOSE: A jig transfer device is provided to improve the management efficiency of welding equipment by implementing jig changes during the operation of the welding equipment. CONSTITUTION: A jig transfer device(100) comprises a rotary support, first and second rotating frames(121, 126), first and second driving units(131, 136), first and second carts(141, 146), and a control unit(150). The rotary support comprises a base part and a fixed rotary shaft. The first and second rotary frames are respectively coupled to the upper and lower parts of the rotary shaft. The first and second driving units respectively rotate the first and second rotary frames around the rotary shaft. The first and second carts are respectively coupled to the first and second rotary frames to reciprocate between a part loading region and a part welding region by rotation around the rotary shaft. The control unit controls the first and second driving units so that the first and second carts reciprocate without interference.
