PURPOSE: A pattern data processing apparatus for a multichannel test is provided to effectively inspect a display chip or a display apparatus by supplying a decoding function, a scaling function, and a multichannel output function of audio or video pattern data. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of memories(110) stores different pattern data. A pattern data processing part(120) outputs the pattern data stored in a single memory among the plurality of memories through a plurality of channels. A memory controller manages storing and reading processes of the pattern data stored in the memories. An output controller outputs single pattern data read by the memory controller through the plurality of channels. A channel selector selects a channel for outputting the pattern data.
