<p>An exercise device 10 comprises a rigid endless tubular ring 12 having an internal bore, and a weighted movable element, for example a ball 13, received in said ring 12 for movement therearound. Preferably, a handle element 14 extends radially inwards from the ring 12. By repeatedly gyrating the exercise device 10 to cause the ball to roll within the ring 12, a user is able to generate inertial resistance within the device and improve the strength in his or her wrist and other body parts, such as abdominals. The exercise device 10 is designed to be used in a one-handed or two-handed mode of operation.</p> |
