[Also in Divisions A4 and F2] A machine for cleaning glassware 29, 30 comprises two groups of nozzles 3, 4 adapted to be supplied with cleaning fluid through a distributor 5 having a stationary case 6 and a rotatable head 7, the group of nozzles 3 being connected to the head and the group of nozzles 4 being connected to the case. The group of nozzles 3 consists of two nozzle pipes 9, 10 mounted in the head which is rotated by a motor via a spindle 8. The case 6 is connected to a supply of cleaning fluid and has outlet pipes 13, 14 feeding the group of nozzles 4 which comprise nozzle pipes 11, 12 having stub pipes 27 and vertical nozzles 26. A tubular portion of the head 7 projects into the case 6 and is provided with three equally spaced holes so that as the pipes 9, 10 rotate to spray the glassware 29 in a basket 28, the outlets leading to the pipes 13, 14 are intermittently opened and closed to ensure intermittent spraying of the glassware 30.
