PURPOSE: A personal tendency information construction system using online votes and method thereof are provided to construct the tendency information of participations by analyzing and collecting opinions of the participations. CONSTITUTION: A service server(10) provides web environment which is able to create vote content. A registration server(20) registers the vote content transmitted by the service server. The registration server transmits the vote content to a management server(30). The management server stores the transmitted vote content in a vote content storage(41) of a storage apparatus(40). The management server edits the vote content according to a vote content editing request.
