PURPOSE: Nitride yellow fluorescent material is provided to be formed of a single phase though comprising high concentrations of Eu, and to have excellent high temperature stability and crystallinity, thereby improving luminance properties. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of nitride yellow fluorescent material comprises a first firing step dividing a plurality of precursor materials into at least two groups, and firing each group, and a second firing step of mixing and the firing the product. At least one precursor material of the precursor materials is included in each group. The firing temperature of the second firing step is higher than the temperature of the first firing step. The second firing step is conducted in a nitrogen and hydrogen gas atmosphere.
