The method involves introducing heat energy produced by a heating system into storage medium (32) filled in a container (21) of memory device (200) and determining whether the storage medium has reached vaporization temperature. The vapor of the storage medium is absorbed by the container and released as heat energy to the surroundings. Exhaustion of heat energy from the storage medium to the container is controlled. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) memory device; (2) solar thermal system; and (3) solid fuel heating system. |
