<p>Bread moulds, linked one behind the other on pivots fixed to two parallel chains in continuous movement, are withdrawn from the oven and follow a track over a toothed driving wheel in a direction from top to bottom. Concentric guides turn the moulds over progressively as they reach the demoulding position and the loaves slide onto a metallic sheet which forms an inclined slope; the sheet is articulated around an axis and oscillates at a low frequency so that the loaves are removed from their moulds without any risk of breakage. The loaf then falls ontoa conveyor which descends and removes the loaf to another conveyor which, in turn, takes it to storage.</p> |
