The hand tool has housing (12) provided with gear head (14). A tool spindle (16) is coupled to rotationally drivable motor shaft (36) through eccentric drive coupling (44) and is driven by motor (30). The work tool spindle is rotationally driven about its longitudinal axis (22) for receiving a work tool (20). The movement reversing element (64) transfers the oscillating driving movement of tool spindle into output movement.
