A folding-top (1) has a rear window frame (4) and two separate roof sections (7,7') laid in front of the rear window frame in a direction of travel when the folding-top is closed. These separate roof sections can be moved against each other and in relation to a cabriolet by a folding-top rod (8) when the folding-top opens and closes.
