PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing Makkoli is provided to simply ferment and produce Makkoli. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing Makkoli comprises: a step of alpharizing rice, corn, and glutinous rice and drying by hot wind or a vacuum; a step of sealing 88% of the grains, 10% of nuruk, 1% of yeast, and 1% of sugar in a packing material formed of aluminum, nylon, or PE composite material. |
